There is a major difference between the stock manifold and the Janspeed one, the picture below shows them side by side.
Not only are the primaries larger they also take a much straighter path into the collector, this should allow the gasses to flow much quicker into the main portion of the exhaust. The new manifold has a removable section so that you can fit either a de-cat pipe or a catalytic convertor. Rather than spend a fairly large amount of money on a high flow cat I’m planning to remove the cat from the existing manifold and modify it to fit the Janspeed manifold.
